The Role: Architecting the Agentic Enterprise

We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to join our "Tier 1" Architecture team. You will not just write code; you will design the "neural pathways" of the Agentic Enterprise.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between the flexibility of Generative AI and the stability of the SAP "Clean Core". You will build autonomous agents that utilize SAP Joule, LangChain, and CrewAI to execute complex workflows—from predicting stockouts in EWM to reconciling bank statements in FICO—without breaking the underlying ERP logic.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Architecture & Orchestration

  • Design Multi-Agent Systems: Utilize frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI to build state-aware agents capable of multi-step reasoning. You will move beyond "task automation" to "process ownership," creating agents that can interpret vague intent and execute precise SAP transactions.
  • SAP Joule & BTP Integration: Develop and deploy agents on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will extend SAP Joule capabilities and manage the "Agent Integration Platform" middleware.
  • Reasoning Engine Development: Implement logic that allows agents to handle anomalies autonomously, leveraging LLM Fine-Tuning on domain-specific enterprise data.

Data Engineering & "Clean Core" Alignment

  • Vector Database Management: Implement and manage Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, SAP HANA Vector Engine) to power RAG pipelines.
  • Zero-Trust Security Implementation: Enforce a "Zero-Trust Proxy" architecture ensuring agents process data in transit without storing PII.
  • Low-Code/No-Code Prototyping: Utilize n8n and Zapier for rapid prototyping of custom "Micro-Products".

Governance, Testing & Optimization

  • Drift & Hallucination Monitoring: Deploy LangSmith or similar telemetry tools to monitor agent performance and detect drift.
  • Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Protocols: Design collaborative intelligence workflows where agents calculate confidence scores.
  • Mass Developer Governance: Act as a "Tier 1 Architect," defining API specifications for elastic workforce.

Required Technical Qualifications

  • Core AI Stack: Mastery of Python, LangChain, and CrewAI. Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic, or open-source models.
  • SAP Ecosystem: Deep understanding of SAP BTP, SAP CAP, and SAP Joule extensibility.
  • Vector & Data: Experience with Vector Databases and building RAG pipelines.
  • Integration & Automation: Proficiency in n8n, Zapier, and API integration standards.
  • LLM Ops: Experience with LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or similar tools.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud public or private edition
  • Knowledge of ABAP (to understand legacy logic)
  • Background in Venture Building or startup product development
